“We charge a 1% commission on the sale of any minerals and a 5% commission on the sale of mining tenements or oil and gas blocks. A signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or contract is required before proceeding with any transaction.”

Experienced in target generation, resource definition, mine and exploration management, and planning. Experienced across a range of mineralization styles, from bulk commodities, lithium, REEs, to precious metals.

With over 17 years of hands-on experience in the mining industry, Phone began his career in 2007 as a field technician in Western Australia.

Throughout his career, he has worked with several leading mining companies, including Red5 Ltd, Gold Fields, AngloGold Ashanti, De Grey Mining, Poseidon Nickel, and Focus Minerals. His expertise spans exploration, resource management, and operational safety.

Tun Zay Yar Lin

Diploma in Machine Tools & Design (Mech: Engg: 2002) Myanmar

A Planner and Project Engineer with over 20 years of experience in project planning, cost estimation, and site coordination across diverse engineering projects in Myanmar and Singapore. Skilled in developing project schedules, preparing method statements, and designing temporary structures. Proven expertise in assessing work scopes, estimating manpower requirements, and managing fabrication tracking and reporting. 

Jean Estebe

After completing three years of higher education and obtaining a Diploma in Business Development, followed by two years of experience in an audit and finance firm in France, a transition was made to the mining industry upon relocating to Australia in 2019. Since then, over four years have been dedicated to gold and uranium exploration, with fieldwork conducted for leading companies such as De Grey Mining and Magnetic Resources (gold), and Deep Yellow (uranium). This experience has built strong expertise in exploration operations and resource development.

 

 

Mr. Chaiyakorn Sutthi

Director

Mr. Chaiyakorn Sutthi is a business professional with a strong interdisciplinary background in Industrial Engineering and Political Science. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Ramkhamhaeng University and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Chulalongkorn University, one of Thailand’s leading academic institutions.

With a combined expertise in engineering systems, strategic planning, and governance, he brings a structured and analytical approach to business development and decision-making.He is currently based in Phayao and Mae Sai, Thailand, and is actively engaged in cross-regional business operations.

 

Samir M'Sakni

Director

A qualified Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree from Henallux, Belgium, and over five years of hands-on experience in mining exploration and large-scale renewable energy projects across FIFO and remote locations. Holds an additional Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, bringing a unique perspective on space optimization and design aesthetics.

Experienced in geophysical fieldwork, including IP, gravity, and magnetic surveys, as well as sampling, logging, core yard operations, and site rehabilitation. Skilled in the use of survey tools, GPS equipment, and various field technologies, with a strong focus on technical precision and efficiency.
